Additionally, organizations are responsible for completing a monthly Charitable Gaming Report. The Charitable Gaming Report is to be submitted to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.

This report replaces the Quarterly Report. Only your organizations monthly bank statement and monthly bingo disbursement report need to be submitted with the completed report form.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario AGCO requires that the Charitable Gaming Report and the Charitable Gaming Event Report be submitted no later than 30 days following month end.

Consistency in reporting is an integral part of the AGCO's licensing, compliance and enforcement activities across the province.

The information on this webpage is intended to assist organizations conducting single bingo events, rather than organizations that conduct bingos at either Riverview Bingo Hall or Wallaceburg Hometown Bingo Association.

Page Content. Eligibility Only approved charitable organizations are eligible for lottery licences. Application Package The completed application package should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the date which the applicant intends to conduct the bingo event.

Rules of Play Applicants for a licence shall indicate the detailed procedures to be followed for all bingo games. The following documentation must accompany each Bingo Report Form : Copies of invoices or receipts for each expense or donation; and Deposit slips for all proceeds deposited into the lottery account.

Pooling Halls The Municipality of Chatham-Kent currently has two pooling bingo halls, Wallaceburg Hometown Bingo Association and Riverview Bingo Palace.

Applications When applying for your bingo sessions, please complete both the Bingo Licence Application and the Member Organization Declaration form.

Reports Organizations conducting bingo events at either of these halls are required to submit a Charitable Gaming Event Report after every bingo event.
